About - Viva Vegas was awarded premium in the Westphalian licensing and was described by dressage inspector Jörg Schrödter as "An absolutely exceptional horse. We have all seen what radiance this horse has. In all three paces, he shows a lot of expression, ground cover and fantastic uphill tendency. There is nothing to criticise here. A very complete horse, with possibilities that seem inexhaustible."

Sire -  Viva Gold was the talk of the town in 2019, causing a stir with his first public appearance in Münster. "A future star from head to toe. Everything is just right at Viva Gold". Viva Gold was the €140,000 top seller of the 2016 Summer Mixed Sales as a foal, on the same day that his grand-dam Weihegold OLD triumphed in the German Championships. From his first crop, he produced eleven licensed stallions, many of which were premium stallions, first and foremost the Westphalian Champion Stallion and Stallion Market top price V-Power.

Damline - His dam Rhododendron is daughter to the internationally successful stallion, Rock Forever. Rock Forever was Reserve Champion Stallion, Westphalian Champion, Vice Bundeschampion, third in the Burg Pokal and fourth in the German Championships for young riders. Viva Vegas's grand-dam Fräulein Smilla is the full sister of the licensed stallion Floris and was placed in young dressage horse competitions.
