About - Blue Hors Rockefeller's sublime type and conformation are supported by an outstanding performance pedigree representing a high degree of breeding certainty and very strong competition skills.

Performance - Rockefeller had a severe accident as a two-year-old, where he broke the pedal bone in his right foreleg, and will therefore not be able to have a performance career. Despite his injury, the Danish Warmblood Society approved Rockefeller to breed 50 mares a year during 2010-2012. After the offspring inspection in 2014, the Danish Warmblood Society decided to license him fully. 

Sire - Blue Hors Rockefeller's sire Rohdiamant is currently ranked 21st on the WBFSH Sire Rankings (2016), thanks to his numerous offspring in international grand prix, including Rubin Royal OLD, Glock's Romanov, Rubens K, Eremo Del Castegno, and Ramoneur. Rohdiamant himself was Oldenburg champion stallion, main premium champion, double Bundeschampion, and winner of international grand prix, as are Blue Hors Rockefeller's three full brothers Rubin Royal, Rubin Action and Romanov.

Damline - Blue Hors Rockefeller is out of one of German breeding's strongest performance dam lines linking directly back to the international eventing mare Rudilore II (aka Chica). With this mare, Harli Seifert has established her successful breeding programme where this dam line has produced internationally esteemed jumper stallions like Gio Granno, Conterno Grande, Couleur Rubin and Couleur Rouge and dressage stallions like D-Day, Don Chico, Trantris and not to forget Blue Hors Rockefeller's five licensed full brothers Rubin Royal, Blue Hors Romanov, Rumicello, Rubino Vincento and Rubin Action. His elite premium dam Rumirell has also produced three full sisters, two of which are state premium mares, making Rockefeller one of an unprecedented nine full siblings.

Progeny - The quality of Rockefeller's offspring were the key to his full approval, and they have not disappointed. Best-known is his son Rockson, winner of the Danish four-year-old championships, and fourth in the preliminary round of the five-year-old World Young Horse Championships, on a very good score of 81.6.
