About - Strikingly beautiful young son of Desperado has been recently approved at the KWPN licensing in 2023.. His stallion line contains two of the greatest Grand Prix progeny producers of all time, Negro and Jazz. 

Sire - Desperado scored 89.5, including a 9.5 for the canter in his performance test. At the World Championships in Verden, Desperado was 7th in the 5-year-old final with a score of 16.6, and 8th in the 6-year-old final on a score of 8.3. He competed successfully at national level at PSG and Inter I. Desperado has made a fantastic start to his international grand prix career including winning Mechelen World Cup Freestyle with +85%.

Damline - Purple Rain V.O.D.’s dam, Iana V.O.D., is a full sister to the stallion Kjento and a half sister to the chosen stallion Mowgli V.O.D.. Iana herself has passed a super IBOP test. In Purple Rain‘s high-performance damline, there are also the small tour horses, Evita (by Tuschinski),Zidana (by Krack C), Uno (by Jazz) and Rhapsody (by Lancet). Furthermore, the approved stallions, Lance(by Glamourdale) and The Onyx’s (by Glock’s Taminiau) also come from the same line.
